Seldom do we have the opportunity to merge our vocation

with our avocation. Pat and Ryan Kapowich, the father/son

team of KAPOWICH REAL ESTATE, are also trained in the

ceramic arts. When they opened their office in 2006, they

planned space for their real estate forums as well as the

KAPOWICH ART GALLERY.

Their collection includes works by nationally known ceramic

artists such as Steven Branfman, Steve Salisian, Barbara

Brown, Bill Shinn, Carol Wedemeyer, David Hendley, Paul

Lewing, Bob & Sandy Kinzie as well as Artists of Silicon Valley,

Vicky Moore, Dan Dermer, Christina Chang, Ann Hurley, Lisa La Rocca and Matt Hoogland.

Pat and Ryan’s After-Hours Art Gallery is dedicated tointroducing and promoting the work of artisans of several

disciplines e.g. fine artist/photographer Christine George

of Napa. They’ll also have events such as Paul Lewing’s

Friday Night Artist Talk and Slide Show.

Pat and Ryan are members of the Orchard Valley Ceramic

Art Guild, OVCAG, and the KAPOWICH ART GALLERY is a

corporate sponsor of the Association of Ceramic and Glass

Artists, ACGA, and the Palo Alto Art Center Foundation.
